Photo 18 Nov 12 notes marinated some beef flap meat in chimichurri, grilled, rested, then sliced against the grain and served with grilled onions, sweet yellow bell peppers (grown in my garden (w00t)), fresh diced roma tomatoes, cilantro, guacamole, and fat free sour cream in a fresh cooked flour tortilla (those bags of raw ones you can get at costco that you cook yourself). Served with Yellow Rice courtesy of Vigo because I’m lazy.
