Photo 5 Feb Sirloin Steak, Baked Potato, and Sauteed Carrots Made this for dinner earlier this week.  Grey salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the steak, grilled med rare.  These prepped carrots were on sale at Ralph’s so I got em, blanched em in salt water, and sauteed in olive oil, grey salt, and pepper.  The potato was rubbed with olive oil and salt and baked at 350 for an hour.  Topped with fat free sour cream, shredded cheese, and scallions.
