Photo 16 Feb Barbecue chicken quarters.  I sliced some deep cuts into the chicken and rubbed down with my dry rub which is very similar to Alton Brown’s recipe in “Who Loves ya Baby Back?”  Let it sit for two days then grilled, basting with a honey barbecue sauce in the last minute or so of cooking.  I served them with some cornbread.
